Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Who we’re looking for:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology company in our high-performing marketing team. Based within the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Executive will play a vital role in our lead generation strategy. This person will have two primary responsibilities; managing our paid lead generation strategy and to nurture and provide reporting on our in-bound leads using Pardot and Salesforce CRMs.
Key responsibilities
CRM, Marketing Automation and Lead Generation Ownership
(Sysadmin, Management, Troubleshooting, Reporting)
Lead our CRM management and automation strategy (using Pardot / Salesforce)
Be the first point of contact for Pardot and Salesforce troubleshooting; develop and share processes throughout the company and ensure our solutions are used to the maximum capacity; train new users when required
Track leads through the sales cycle
Act as the interface between marketing and sales to ensure a clear picture of marketing performance
Strategise and fully manage nurture campaigns and actively come up with suggestions for tools and lead generation activities
Use data and analytics to measure KPIs, and help guide and evaluate effectiveness of strategic initiatives and campaigns
Provide Pardot assistance to other teams when managing digital campaigns (scheduling, testing, deployment, reporting); offer help to analyse and report on campaigns performance and the customer journey to provide insight, identify opportunities and improve on the future campaigns
Digital / Operational Marketing
(CRM, Website, PPC)
Own, optimise and report on our PPC lead generation campaign with the help of our external agency
Contribute to the maintenance of our main www.erlang-solutions.com website; manage all integrations and updates with other tools
Take ownership of the website optimisation and all updates/changes required via CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords
Work closely with external consultants on launching and optimising multiple PPC campaigns; project and budget management
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience and a passion for Digital Marketing, preferably with the B2B tech background
High level of proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation software such as Pardot (preferably), or with excellent knowledge of other marketing automation and CRM solutions
Have an in-depth knowledge of managing CMS websites and a full suite around it to monitor, optimise, analyse and report on its performance including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools
Knowledge of HTML
Experienced in managing PPC campaigns or working with PPC consultants
Have a desire to continue expanding their marketing automation and PPC knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and emerging solutions
Excellent project management skills and experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experienced in onboarding new tech, solutions and team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion, interest and appreciation for technology
Experienced at working with Sales teams
