Erlang Solutions is looking for an experienced Elixir Developer to join our team in Poland (Kraków).

Location: Remote first, based in Poland 

Reports to: Business Unit Leader, Poland 

Candidate's profile:

An Elixir developer/consultant with remote work experience, based in Poland.
You have excellent communication skills and are highly proactive, always taking initiative to solve problems and drive projects forward. 

You're a team player who values community, knowledge sharing and collaboration. 

Challenging projects motivate you, as they help you sharpen your skills and deepen your expertise.

You enjoy the flexibility of remote work but are comfortable with occasional client visits and meeting the team a few times a year.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an Elixir developer/consultant
  
• Strong knowledge of Elixir, Phoenix and OTP
• Comfortable working with Linux and Git
• Experience with SQL databases
• Knowledge of Erlang, EjabberD, RabbitMQ and NoSQL is a plus
  
• Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives results
  
• Excellent communication skills; open-minded and collaborative
  
• Team-oriented with a passion for fostering community and sharing knowledge
